Many women arriving from Ukraine bring rich skills, creativity, and determination – but often face challenges in navigating a new country, language, and job market. Ukrainian Women Launch Hub Sweden provides a supportive pathway to economic independence, self-confidence, and integration by introducing participants to the tools and mindset of entrepreneurship.
it doesn't matter...
Whether you have business idea or not
Whether you are an experienced founder or planning to launch your very first company
Whether your future business will be digital or physical
we are here to help!
For whom?
We are inviting Ukrainian women, who are currently based in Sweden, want to develop entrepreneurial skills and launch their company in Sweden, to join our free entrepreneurial program. Regardless of whether you are a first-time founder or not, whether you already have business idea or not, whether you're planning to launch digital or physical business, you are welcome to join the program.
By the end of the program, 40 Ukrainian women will be equipped with hands-on entrepreneurial tools and guidance, and at least 20 business concepts will be validated and showcased at a final Demo Day - a celebration of creativity, courage, community, and entrepreneurial spirit. The project will start with in-person meetings in Växjö, Malmö, Luleå, and Stockholm.
About the Program
The program creates a safe and supportive space where women can build new skills, connect with peers and mentors, and turn ideas into action. Along the way, participants will strengthen their self-belief, expand their professional networks, and discover how entrepreneurship can open doors to new opportunities and self-sufficiency.
Through a series of practical workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events, participants will gain the knowledge, tools, and inspiration to develop, test, and launch their own business ideas in Sweden’s dynamic entrepreneurial landscape.
In this project, we use The LOOPA Method – an agile, exploratory approach that helps people turn ideas into action. It’s not just about “thinking like an entrepreneur” – it’s about learning how to create value in uncertain and complex situations.
The LOOPA Method
The LOOPA Method – is a practical, action oriented approach to developing business ideas with a strong customer focus. Based on international research, it provides an agile and iterative process for testing, refining, and validating new ideas, products, and services. The goal is to reduce uncertainty and increase the likelihood of building sustainable and profitable businesses by putting customer value at the center of development.
The method builds on leading entrepreneurship and innovation research, combined with practical experience and modern pedagogy. It’s used to develop solutions – and people – through structured experimentation.
Core elements of The LOOPA Method:
1. Target group analysis – who are we solving for?
Participants start by engaging directly with a specific target group. Through interviews, observation and empathy, they discover real-world problems, desires and barriers – not just assumptions.
2. The Value Creator
This tool helps participants connect needs with solutions. On the right side, they map the target group’s priorities. On the left side, they design a concept that addresses those needs. It’s a structured way to build empathy, relevance, and clarity.
3. MVC – Minimum Viable Concept
Instead of building a full solution, participants create a Minimum Viable Concept – a prototype, sketch, or simple version that can be tested right away. They gain feedback, make improvements, and learn faster.
4. Pivot – change direction when needed
If the concept doesn’t resonate, they pivot. A pivot is a positive change in direction based on what you’ve learned. It’s a key skill in real-life entrepreneurship – and one that builds adaptability and resilience.
The LOOPA Method was developed by Drivhuset, in collaboration with the Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship. It has been tested and refined through hands-on coaching of thousands of entrepreneurs and teams, in both business and the public sector.
